At Orbital Outpost X, we’re working hard to create autonomous, modular, cost-efficient mechanisms that will make space technology construction easier. In other words, instead of everyone having to come up with unique ways to build custom spacecraft, we’re essentially creating “space building blocks similar to LEGO pieces” that people can buy and use to build their spacecraft with simple off the shelf components. Not only does this make the process easier, but our pieces are equipped with sensors and software/AI, making it possible to autonomously operate each individual piece remotely and teach it how to operate and provide health monitoring.
Secure Quick Universal Interface Device (SQuID) is a first-of-its kind Ai-enabled interconnect.
Creating a Space Village in Low Earth Orbit for scientific exploration, low gravity manufacturing and more.
Space Villages is an American Aerospace start up in Mountain View, CA that seeks to become a leading Space Commercial Outpost provider in Low Earth Orbit by bringing together a highly innovative group of space companies, with a track record of successful delivery of complex R&D and engineering projects in the Space field. Characterized by bringing disruptive ideas to the table, and executing them.
Space Villages Inc is a new spin off startup formed by a mix of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, together with visionaries from the Celestia group. We aim to grow the company team by bringing on senior first class engineers and entrepreneurs from the space industry, experts in space pressurized habitational modules, as well as talented managers with proven experience in the management of large space systems teams.
Space Villages has acquired financial backing to continue to develop and roll out our Space Village in Low Earth Orbit within the first decade then utilize these technologies to profit from the upcoming Commercial LEO Economy.
Orbital Outpost offers a portfolio of space services:
- In-orbit assembly & integration of large space systems.
- Selling Assets, such as habitational and research lab facilities to end customers.
- Hosting, providing frame connectivity plus common supplies.

Status Comment
As of September 2024, the focus seems to be on docking interfaces, and not on a space station anymore.
