Nexus Aurora project is a collaboration between volunteers aiming to submit a proposal for the Mars City State Design Competition organized by The Mars Society by the end of June 2020.
Now we are building circular food production systems. Our pilot facility is a 350 m2 indoor aquaponic facility in Stockholm, Sweden. Much of what we learn is directly applicable to building food facilities on Mars.
The Orbital CAN System is a low cost space station concept, consisting of interconnecting modules to deliver a wide range of user options. Used together the CAN System provides a complete station with all the necessary equipment and components to satisfy a wide range of orbital needs.
